Ceremony017

Excuse the delay in posting recently as I’ve been busy working on assignments and also wedding images so haven’t had a minute spare to make any entries.
Here’s my recent wedding I covered for Charlotte and Duncan held at The Winchester House Club in Putney alongside the river. The Winchester House Club is also conveniently positioned within walking distance of The Dukes Head public house and we spent quite a time there whilst guests (and Duncan and his best man) shared a few jars starting the day off in the best possible way! Please note that I was only drinking Red Bull giving me wings for the time ahead. I never drink on weddings 😉

I took Duncan and his best man outside on the brisk morning of 23rd October (I know it’s been a whole month since I have had time to post!!!) alongside the Thames at Putney riverside to take in the view and get some relaxed shots before heading a few doors away to the Winchester House Club. The club, which overlooks the river and has a Dickensian feel is a spacious house steeped in history, a venue so unique it’s been referred to as “a hidden gem, a jewel in London’s crown”.

‘Occupying an enviable position beside the River Thames in Putney and licensed for civil and partnership ceremonies, Winchester House is the perfect location for a multitude of differing occasions. Wedding reception, funeral wake, civil ceremony, Christmas party, Barmitzvar, the list goes on – filming, fashion show, conference, product launch, seminar, team building, staff ‘fun’ day, you name it, Winchester House hosts it. Moreover, any of these events can be held outside on either of the two lawns with the River Lawn especially, providing a fantastic setting with its unobstructed views ‘across the water’.

After the ceremony all the guests filtered downstairs to the library and the outside lawn area where the champagne flowed in abundance.

I really enjoyed my day with Charlotte and Duncan and wish them a happy life together as a family (what a great son they had – who thoroughly enjoyed himself too).
Hope you like the selection of images I’ve chosen-they’re my favourite ones from the day.

Back to editing more wedding images and will make another post very soon I promise. Just had a call today from a couple wanting me to cover their wedding tomorrow morning so got a busy weekend ahead now!

Enjoy 🙂

Feel free to leave comments by the pictures if you feel the urge to-don’t be shy 🙂
